Woofie’s of Sandy Grand Opening

Woofie’s of Sandy is celebrating its grand opening during the popular Dockdogs Scheels Hunting Expo event at Scheels Sporting Goods Store, at 11282 S State St. Sandy, UT on Friday, August 18, from noon to 6 p.m., and Saturday, August 19, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Woofie’s will provide complimentary dog nail trimming and grooming (as time allows), raffles for services throughout both days, and giving out free samples of The Farmer’s Dog healthy, fresh dog foods.

WHO: The new Woofie’s franchise is owned and operated by West Jordan, Utah, resident Michelle Bower. Bower is mom to a teen-aged son, Jackson, and daughter, Samantha. She is also mom to her dog Jax, cats Pixie Loo and Copper; and goldfish, Goldie. All are rescues, even Goldie.
