Hosted by Training to a T, the Non-Competition Agility Workshop is perfect for dog owners who have always wanted to try agility but aren’t interested in competing. This laid-back, beginner-friendly class introduces dogs and their humans to agility equipment such as weave poles, standard and tire jumps, long and short tunnels, an A-frame, and a pause box, before giving each pup the opportunity to run a mini non-competition agility course.
No prior experience is necessary, and the workshop does not focus on official rules, technique, or flatwork, making it ideal for those who simply want a fun outing and a chance to see what agility is all about (with plenty of photo and video opportunities along the way).
The workshop is open to dogs with solid recall or those comfortable working on leash who are friendly around other dogs and people; those with reactivity concerns are encouraged to inquire about private workshop options instead. Held on April 11, 2026 at 12:30 PM in the Magna/West Valley area (exact address provided upon registration), the 60–90 minute class is limited to six dogs. Registration is $50 for one dog and $25 per additional dog, and those wishing to bring more than two dogs should email train2at@gmail.com prior to registering
